If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at wecare@sharnay.in within 2 hours of placing the order.
You can also call/send us a WhatsApp message on our Customer Care number 9099000867 (Timings: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled.
You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.
In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.
