1. Shipping Areas & Rates
Gujarat: ₹40 per order
Outside Gujarat: ₹90 per order
Currently, we only ship within India. We ensure that your products are delivered to both urban and rural locations, though delivery times may vary depending on distance and logistics.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of order placement.
During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with shipment tracking details.
3. Packaging & Handling
Every product is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
Fragile or perishable items like Tender Coconut Water and Juice Premixes are packaged with extra care to maintain product quality.
We use secure packaging materials that are eco-friendly wherever possible.
4. Delivery Timeline
Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days
Outside Gujarat: 5–7 business days

Currently, Sharnay.in ships only within India.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.

In case a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
